SERVICES OVERVIEW:

ManControl cc provides a range of Risk Management Services. It specializes in Security Risk Assessments, Security Project Management (i.e. participating in assisting the client to establish a security concept, through the design and construction phases with other professionals to the operational hand-over stage, providing written procedures and implementation) and Managing Security Operations.

Mancontrol will be establishing its own marketing division to specifically market the Electrified Fencing and Security Systems as the rapid expansion of this division has necessitated it.

Our expertise is extensive and embraces the entire spectrum of security in all its aspects. ManControl has more than 50 years experience in providing Security related Specialized Project Management Services some of which can be seen under “experience”.

Our operational experience – locally and overseas – includes security of embassies and other government offices, protection of VIP’s and large delegations, investigations, securing important events, intelligence and military service.

We have provided services at the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront development (including the construction of two shopping malls, various office blocks, hotels and the yacht basin), Ratanga Junction (the first fully fledged theme park in Africa), Canal Walk (the biggest shopping mall in Africa and the 19th largest in the world) and various office complexes at Century City. We were also involved with the Melrose Arch development in Sandton and the Erinvale Golf Estate in Somerset West and currently are appointed by The Innovation Hub, a 60ha high tech Blue IQ project, situated between the CSIR and the University of Pretoria. We have recently been appointed as preferred security advisor to Blue IQ for its roll-out of projects as well as compiling Standard Operating Procedures for all systems and operations at the Department of Justice, Head Office - Pretoria.

Marius W. Brits CPP, MIS (SA) the Managing member of ManControl is accredited with ASIS International and hold the coveted CPP certification (Board Certified Protection Professional) and has also been the organizations Senior Regional Vice President for Africa since 2003. He is also a member of the South African Institute of Security.

ManControl have also developed various specialized workshops, covering subjects like a Junior Security Management, Disaster Management/Recovery and Emergency Planning, which have been presented to various companies i.e. G4S, Grey Security Services, Thorburn Security Solutions, Bank of Botswana and other distinguished companies over the years

In late 2005 ManControl expanded and a Technical Division was formed. As a result of the expansion, ManControl was exclusively appointed as national electronic signage installers for Meltz Mega Fatory Stores. The Technical Division specializes in the installation of Eletrified Fencing in commercial as well as private sectors, including the installation of automated gates and garage motors.
